We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how our return and refund process works.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all original inserts and materials
  • Free of damage caused by misuse, and not a final-sale or personalized item

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, that is a quality issue and is handled under the same 30-day window — please contact us and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@curologyshops.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address below.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free. We do not charge restocking fees, handling fees, or any other deductions. The full amount you paid for the returned item will be refunded.

Refund Timing

After we receive your return, inspection and refund processing take 1–2 business days. Once the refund is issued, it is returned to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. PayPal refunds typically appear faster.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was issued and you still do not see it, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary. If you still cannot locate the refund, contact us at info@curologyshops.com and we will investigate.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
